๐Ÿš› IFTA filing for fleets

You have the miles. You have the fuel receipts. You still spend 3 days in a spreadsheet.

Samsara knows where your trucks went. Comdata knows where they fueled up. But matching those 3,000 fuel stops to miles driven across 15 states, chasing down the receipts your drivers lost, and filing the return before the deadline? That is still somebody at your office, every quarter, buried in Excel.

๐Ÿ—‚๏ธ What IFTA looks like right now

Every quarter, same story.

๐Ÿ“‹
Export the ELD report
Pull the miles-by-state report from Samsara or Motive. Find the GPS gaps where your trucks went through a state but the ELD did not log it. Figure out which state those 47 missing miles belong to.
"I write down my miles on paper as I cross each state line and then sort through them all at reporting time."
๐Ÿงพ
Chase down the receipts
Your drivers were supposed to keep their fuel receipts. One of them quit mid-quarter and never sent them in. Another one paid cash at a truck stop and lost the slip. The thermal paper on the rest is already fading.
"Our biggest problem is not forcing our driver to send in all his paperwork before getting paid."
๐Ÿ“Š
Match it all in a spreadsheet
Fuel card transactions by state. Miles driven by state. Average MPG. Tax rates that change every quarter. One wrong cell and your MPG looks off, which is exactly what triggers an audit.
"I just did my 4Q IFTA and it sucked and I don't even drive a whole lot."
The real risk

File late and the penalties start the next day: $50 or 10% of what you owe, whichever is more, plus interest. If your MPG numbers look off, you get flagged for audit. IFTA audits look back four years. One bad quarter can turn into a $10,000 to $100,000 deficiency assessment. And 3% of all IFTA licenses get audited every year. The carriers who get picked are the ones with late or sloppy filings.

๐Ÿ”Œ How it works

We plug into what you already have.

No new software to learn. No new app for your drivers. We connect to the systems already on your trucks and in your office.

Plain English

You give us access to your ELD and fuel card. We pull the data, match gallons to miles by state, apply the current quarter's tax rates, flag anything that does not line up, and file the return with your base state. You review the flagged items (usually a handful of GPS gaps) and approve. That is it. No spreadsheet. No chasing receipts. No last-minute scramble before the deadline.

๐Ÿ“ž The call

30 minutes. No pitch.

Tell us about your fleet. We will tell you if we can help.

๐Ÿš›
You tell us about your fleet
How many trucks. Which states you run. Which ELD. Which fuel card. Takes about 10 minutes.
๐Ÿ”
We ask the real questions
How do you match fuel to miles right now? How bad are the GPS gaps? How many receipts go missing every quarter? Who handles it when you get audited?
๐ŸŽฏ
We tell you straight
If this is a fit, we send you a flat-fee quote within 48 hours. Two scenarios. No hidden costs. If it is not a fit, we tell you why and point you somewhere better.
๐Ÿค
You decide
No follow-up emails. No sales calls. No "just checking in." The quote speaks for itself. If you want to move forward, you tell us.

Done chasing receipts?

A 30-minute call. Tell us about your fleet. We will tell you what it costs to never touch an IFTA spreadsheet again.
