Where could AI agents help your operations?
A short self-assessment scoring your finance, compliance, and reporting workflows on operational and architectural maturity. Results display instantly. A copy by email if you want it.
What the assessment covers
Eighteen questions across six dimensions:
- Reporting cadence and quality. How your close and reporting cycles are assembled. Where the errors hide. Where senior time goes.
- Compliance and rule management. Where your rules live. How they update. How you answer when the auditor asks.
- Automation maturity. Where past automation worked, where it did not, and your team's appetite for what comes next.
- Data infrastructure. How your data is organized, accessible, and protected.
- Program governance. How multi-vendor or multi-workstream dependencies are managed. How bad news travels.
- Strategic AI posture. What you already have deployed. How the human-in-the-loop is structured. Whether outputs are traceable.
Each dimension scores 3 to 12. The composite produces a maturity stage from 1 (manual) to 4 (audit-grade), with tailored recommendations.
What you walk out with
- An overall maturity stage, displayed immediately.
- A score for each of the six dimensions.
- The two or three dimensions where the gap is largest, with specific commentary.
- A short list of concrete next moves for the most material gaps.
- An honest read on whether any of our services would help, or whether the problem is better solved without us.
If you want a copy by email, fill in the form at the end. No follow-up unless you ask for one.
The assessment is a tool, not a funnel. Some of the most useful responses come from people who take it, see their score is already high, and conclude they do not need us. That is a good outcome.
What is the single biggest operational pain you are trying to solve in the next six months?
Optional. Helps us calibrate the recommendations to your situation.
Stage 2 of 4: Partial automation
Some systems are in place but the audit trail is incomplete and gaps exist.
Group-by-group breakdown

Recommended next moves
If your stage assignment surprised you in either direction, that is useful information. The assessment is a structural read, not a verdict.
